Spent the whole day with my new friend, Fuzhong, whom I got to know last night.
Rented his brother's car for a ride around Jiuzhaigou to visit the local Zhang Zu households, known for their colorful facades and rich cultures. The day has been so fulfilling: I shot some horses that were roaming in the open, met so many charming locals, and got to take more pictures of their Tibetian homes.

As you can see, there are so many lovely sights in Jiuzhaigou and to cover them all, you'll definitely need a car to get around. It's been a truly amazing day for me and I feel so enriched by what I've seen.
And it would all have been perfect if not for one particular detail that threatens to put an end to my journey: the return of an old injury. My left foot is starting to hurt again and it's so depressing. How am I going to continue the journey with this pain?
