• Temasek Boulevard and Temasek Ave are open for public access. LTA and Traffic Police will monitor the traffic condition and may temporarily close if gridlock occurs
• Raffles Ave is closed for public access from 22 Sept 0000hr till 28 Sept 0500hr.
• Bayfront Bridge is opened during morning peak hours (0500hr to 0930hr), one-way through traffic from Republic Boulevard towards the city from 22 Sept till 24 Sept. This is however only for through traffic to Shenton Way.
• One lane along Raffles Boulevard (e-lane) is only open for vehicles with pre-assigned passes to access from 22 Sept 0001hr to 28 Sept 0500hr (except for 25 Sept* and 26 Sept*, 1900-2359hr).
  • Raffles Boulevard (e-lane): Free access for taxis except during AM Peak (0500hr – 0930hr)
  • Raffles Boulevard (e-lane): During AM Peak, only taxis with Hotel Guest Pass &/or Comfort taxis with “On-Call” lighted sign

Carpark access for season parking ticket holders is as follows:

• Season parking ticket holders who have F1 decals will have access to Marina Square carpark from 22 Sept 0000hr till 28 Sept 0500hr
• Carpark access is along Raffles Boulevard (opposite Carl Jr. and Pan Pacific forecourt)
• Cars are only allowed to exit along Raffles Boulevard (opposite Carl Jr. and Pan Pacific forecourt)
• Car parking grace period within the carpark is extended to max 20 minutes

• Taxi stand at Marina Square along Raffles Boulevard is temporarily closed from Wed 22 Sept 0000hr – Tue 28 Sept 0600hr
• Taxis with passenger can access the taxi-drop off point in Marina Square from 0900hr onwards except during the race hours. No decals are required for taxis. This drop-off point is located at the blue zone of the Basement 1 car park and it can be accessible via the car park entrance before Pan Pacific Hotel along Raffles Boulevard. This taxi drop-off point is operational at all times except the race hours from 24 – 26 Sept.
• Subject to traffic conditions, taxis with passengers and empty taxis can continue to call at the following taxi stands :

i) Taxi stands at Suntec Towers 1/2 and 3/4;
ii) Taxi stand at Millenia Tower;
iii) Temporary taxi stand at Millenia Walk (along Raffles Boulevard); and
iv) Temporary taxi stand at the driveway of Suntec City (along Nicoll Highway)

• Pick up/drop off point at Centennial Tower remain operational
• Raffles Boulevard (e-lane): Free access for taxis except during AM Peak (0500hr to 0930hr)
• Raffles Boulevard (e-lane): During AM Peak, only taxis with Hotel Guest Pass &/or Comfort taxis with “On-Call” lighted sign
• No taxi access to Pan Pacific, Marina Mandarin and Mandarin Oriental via carpark of Marina Square when emergency access lane is closed*.

• Public buses will not call at the bus stops in the Suntec City/Marina Bay area (Raffles Boulevard, Raffles Avenue, Temasek Boulevard, Temasek Avenue, Esplanade Drive etc) from Wed 22 Sept to Mon 27 Sept 2010, except that services 10, 70, and 196 towards Shenton Way will call at the bus stop along Nicoll Highway outside One Raffles Link during the following times when Nicoll Highway towards Shenton Way is opened to traffic :

i) Wed 22 Sep to Sat 25 Sep 2010 – Commencement of service to 9.30am
ii) Mon 27 Sep 2010 – Between 6.00 am and 9.30am, and between 5.00 pm and 8.30pm

• A free bridging bus service will operate from 6.30 am to midnight daily, Wed 22 Sept to Mon 27 Sept 2010, calling at bus stops along North Bridge Road outside Bugis and City Hall MRT stations, Suntec Convention Centre and Suntec Tower 2 along Temasek Boulevard and Centennial Tower along Temasek Avenue.
• The nearest stopping point to One Raffles Link for the free bridging service is at Suntec Convention Centre along Temasek Boulevard, except from 1930hr on Sat 25 Sep and 1830hr on Sun 26 Sep when the service will run a shortened route and call only at bus stop along Nicoll Highway opposite Suntec City.
