Textiles that make a Difference

Besides its designer style and beautiful craftsmanship, ACME MADE bags are made from imported textiles of top-rate materials.

• Designer textiles like the Paul Smith Reverberating Stripe adds a splash of vibrance to your style.
• Imported textiles like the unique Telun (“vulcanized canvas”) which is designed and made exclusively in Italy. This all-natural canvas has two equally fascinating sides: a black “vulcanized” coating on its face, which makes it practically water- and stain-proof, and natural canvas on its reverse. Also from the Italian Republic is one of the finest canvases available, the Natural Italian Canvas. Though slightly heavier, this beautiful weave is also more durable and is coated for stain resistance.
• Custom-made woven nylons that are higher in quality than other commonly-used woven nylons, maintain richer colors and are significantly resistant to stain and water.  No PVC backings are used in their materials; instead, Acme Made nylons are backed with eco-friendly materials like poly urethane (PU).
