This kit is designed to combine Photoflex's high-quality OctoDome nxt Softbox with your shoe-mount flash or compact video lights, giving you optimum portability and flexibility on your location shoots.

This kit includes:

• OctoDome nxt extra small (FV-SODXS)
• Adjustable Shoe-Mount Hardware (AC-B222SM) - allows you to connect your shoe-mount flash to a softbox. Two shoe-mounts faciliate the ability to quickly add a radio trigger or an additional flash to your setup.
• Basic Metal OctoConnector (SC-B900SC) - compatible with Photoflex rectangular and octagonal SoftBoxes.

The OctoDome nxt extra small has a dimension of 18" x 18" x 9" and is a versatile soft box designed for use with your shoe mount flashes, strobes such as the Photoflex StarFlash line, or continuous light sources like the Starlite QL and on- or off-camera video lighting systems.

This soft box is ideal for small spaces or for going on-location when you just want a highly efficient but compact light setup.

The OctoDome nxt is made with heavy-duty proprietary heat-resistant BrimStone fabric and can be used with lamps up to 500 watts. The OctoDome nxt comes with its own carry bag for easy transport and storage.

• Unique Shape - Its unique eight-sided shape and narrow profile provides a big 105° light spread in a space-saving package. The OctoDome nxt is designed to produce a wider angle of light spread than our traditional soft boxes, resulting in a soft, even, natural wrap-around light that is perfect for traditional photography, videography and new technology such as streaming media and podcast lighting.
• Removable Face and Baffle - The Photoflex OctoDome was designed with a Velcro-lined rim, which allows amazing control over diffusion levels and directional control. Two levels of optional diffusion are included with this light modifier. The removable internal baffle softens the direct light, eliminating hotspots and giving smooth, natural light output. The removable face adds a final diffusion layer, held in place by Velcro, leaving plenty of room for further addition of light control accessories such as grids.
