 The renowned photography accessory maker JOBO is fast growing their family of digital imaging products. Their newly-introduced PDJ 701 Photo Display is no exception. The 1 GB internal memory of the JOBO PDJ701 can store an amazing 10,000 pictures turning it into a deluxe digital photo album. In addition, the JOBO PDJ701 features an integrated rechargeable 1500 mAh Li-Ion battery allowing the digital picture frame to be used without the need for an electrical supply with an unsightly and restrictive cable connection.
With an 800 x 480 pixel resolution, a contrast ratio of 400:1 and a brightness of 230 cd/m², the 7” high-resolution TFT-Color-LCD screen displays images brilliantly. To view images, users just insert their camera’s media card into the frame to transfer the images or they can download digital image files from their PC onto the frame via the included USB cable. These frames support all popular Memory cards such as CF, SD, MMC, MS and xD. Easy-to-use buttons on the back of the frames support intuitive operation of all important functions.
Powered by its built-in battery, it’s a mobile device that can be brought anywhere the user wishes to share his/her images. This model also features a high-quality metal stand, which, together with its stylish acrylic and brushed metal finish, makes an attractive display. For use over longer periods or as a permanent display, the unit can also be powered via the supplied AC power adapter.
One of the strong points of the PDJ701 is its user-friendly diversified functions. You can choose to display your photos on the screen in full screen, thumbnail, or even slideshow mode. You can personalize and edit your photo display with easy-to-use functions including copy, delete, rotate, and special image effects.
The photo display can also show a clock and calendar and with the built-in alarm clock, it can be used to wake you up or remind you of schedules. The timer can also be used to program the display to turn on and off automatically at chosen periods.
