Retail Executive (Pro Video)
Objectives
Attend to retail customers, achieve overall customer satisfaction and meet sales targets
Responsibilities
- Attend to retail customers in their product enquiries, either over the phone, counter or email, if any
- Identify customers’ needs and recommend suitable related products/solutions
- Assist troubleshoot product issues with customers
- Build good and lasting relationships with customers
- Perform required duties on assigned brands such as monitor day-to-day inventory level, ordering of stocks, re-ordering of stocks, keep track of receivable for credit note or compensation from suppliers
- Update product knowledge constantly to provide customers with most accurate information which also extend to sharing new product knowledge with all other retail executives
- Perform cashiering duties
- Perform cleaning and maintenance of retail store to ensure it is clean, well maintained and presentable
- Providing feedback to company, shift of the market trend, consumers’ choice, and relevance market price index, which includes popular items that are not available in the retail stores and competitors activities
- Ensuring all individual brands merchandising display is placed at a prominent spot which appeals to customers according to their assigned brand
- Execute any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities which the Company may assign from time to time at its discretion in future in order to achieve retail sales goals, plans and strategies according to the requirements of the department and Company
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent
- Keen interest in photography
- Prior working experience in related or similar fields is an advantage
- Highly customer-oriented
- Possess a thirst for knowledge to value-add to the role
- Easily adaptable to changes
- Strong communication, organizational and planning skills
- Good interpersonal skills and dedicated team player
- Possess a high level of professionalism and integrity
- Strong self-discipline with a positive work attitude
- Willing to work retail hours, including weekends
