About Brad Dillon ACS
Brad is an internationally-awarded Australian cinematographer with more than 70 awards recognizing his cinematography and directing across six continents. His extensive body of work spans a wide array of genres including documentary, wildlife, nature, dramatized documentary, commercial advertising, magazine programs, reality TV, sports, children's television, music videos, corporate and educational content, station openers/closers, news and current affairs.
Known for his ability to create stunning visuals in any condition, Brad is celebrated by producers, directors, and editors for his commitment to serving the story. His exceptional eye for composition, mastery of light, enthusiasm, and adaptability - combined with his calm and dependable nature - have earned him a reputation as a world-class professional, especially in high-pressure environments.
Brad began his career with Network Ten Brisbane in 1988 while also studying at the Brisbane School of Cinematography. Learning under some of Australia's top television talents, he built a strong foundation across studio, location, lighting, audio and editing disciplines.
In 1996, Brad relocated to Singapore to help establish the production arm of Singapore TV12 Sports. After completing the contract, he founded Most Wanted Pictures, growing an international career that has seen him work with leading production companies, broadcasters, agencies and multinational brands around the world.
In 2012, Brad was awarded accreditation by the Australian Cinematographers Society (ACS) - a milestone judged by industry icons like Oscar winners Andrew Lesnie ACS ASC and Don McAlpine ACS ASC - earning his place as ACS member #338, a lifelong dream achieved.
Today, Brad proudly serves as Vice-President of the Singapore Society of Cinematographers (SGSC), where he passionately mentors the next generation of cinematographers, encouraging them to hone their craft, trust their eye and keep shooting.
About Jasmine Ng
Jasmine Ng is an award-winning film and television director, executive producer, and advocate based in Singapore, with a career spanning over two decades across broadcast, cinema, and community arts. She currently serves as Executive Director of the Singapore Association of Motion Picture Professionals (SAMPP), and is a respected industry consultant and mentor.
Jasmine has directed and produced over 100 hours of content for major broadcasters including Discovery Channel, National Geographic, CNN, and History Channel. Her work has taken her from Buenos Aires to Beijing, Capetown to Taipei - capturing stories in palaces, graveyards, fashion runways, and kitchens. She is known for combining cinematic storytelling with cross-cultural sensitivity and visual innovation, earning recognition at the Asian Television Awards, CINE Golden Eagle Awards, and beyond.
In Singapore’s independent film scene, Jasmine has played a pivotal role in several landmark works. She co-directed the cult classic Eating Air, edited 12 Storeys (Cannes - Un Certain Regard), and co-produced award-winning films including A Year of No Significance. She also co-created SAGA, Singapore’s first long-form narrative podcast series, which debuted in Spotify’s Top 3 chart before its full release. As a supervising editor and creative producer, she has shaped critically-acclaimed titles like Ajoomma and Shirkers, the latter winning at Sundance and launching globally as a Netflix Original.
Beyond film and TV, Jasmine has led innovative cross-disciplinary projects addressing social issues, including BOTH SIDES, NOW, a creative placemaking initiative about end-of-life matters featured at the Venice Architecture Biennale. She regularly collaborates with artists, theatre companies, and foundations to create works that engage diverse communities across Singapore’s multicultural landscape.
Jasmine is a passionate educator and mentor, having trained filmmakers across Asia and taught at institutions like NYU Tisch, SMU, NTU-ADM, and LASALLE. She led the Skills Framework for Media Review (2023–2024) and was awarded the SkillsFuture Fellowship in 2019 by the President of Singapore. Jasmine holds a BFA in Film & Television from NYU Tisch and a Master’s in Public Policy (Trisector Collaboration) from SMU.
About Singapore Association of Motion Picture Professionals (SAMPP)
Since 2009, SAMPP has actively engaged with key government agencies and partners including IMDA/Singapore Film Commission, NTUC-UFSE, MOM, MCI, MinLaw, IPOS, and more. Officially registered as an association in 2017, SAMPP has contributed to the evolution of numerous industry schemes and policies, such as the IMDA MES (Film) Scholarship, Short Film and New Talent Feature Grants, the Films Act, the Tripartite Standards for Media Freelancers, and the Arts and Culture Strategic Review. In recognition of its advocacy and collaboration efforts, SAMPP received the 2018 NTUC May Day Award and its founding president Jasmine Ng was conferred the national SkillsFuture Fellowship Award.
SAMPP continues to serve as a bridge between professionals and policymakers. It recently led the White Paper and focus group consultations for the IMDA Media Masterplan, hosted a ForwardSG dialogue with Minister Edwin Tong, and spearheaded industry consultations for the Skills Framework for Media refresh. The association also collaborates with training institutions to ensure Singapore’s media professionals stay globally competitive.
Looking ahead, SAMPP is embarking on new partnerships with organisations such as the Singapore Computer Society, and co-developing future-skills initiatives with IMDA in areas such as Virtual Production and AI. Its latest initiative, KAKICREW, is a free community app and web portal designed to support freelancers and employers with job postings, professional profiles, DIY contracts, and bulletin updates—strengthening the creative ecosystem from the ground up.
