About Terence Chia
Terence Chia is the co-founder of Ministry of Funny, a Singapore-based comedy brand that has amassed over 30 million video views. He is also the co-host of the widely popular podcast Yah Lah But, which boasts more than 6 million streams. Released three times weekly, the podcast blends current affairs with humour, featuring high-profile guests from diverse fields, including athletes, politicians, entrepreneurs, and artists.
Beyond podcasting, Terence directed She’s a Terrorist and I Love Her, a dark comedy series that earned nominations for Best Original Programme by a Streamer/OTT and Best Comedy Programme at the Asian Academy Creative Awards. He has also exec produced a range of shows, including the animated series Zombie Safari, Mandarin-language drama The Amazing Showman, Tamil-language comedy Mars Poiyi Sernthutthom, as well as other podcasts like (After)Life Support and Tell You First.
About 怪咖Outcasts
怪咖Outcasts is a Singapore-based content collective known for its high-energy, personality-driven videos and strong on-screen chemistry. Led by producer Virus and featuring talents including co-host Yan Wei, the team rose to prominence on YouTube and was recognised among Singapore’s Top 10 Creators in 2022 - standing out as one of the few groups producing primarily Chinese-language content in a largely English-speaking creator landscape.
Their content spans comedy, challenges, travel, and lifestyle, blending humour with relatable, everyday situations. With a focus on engaging storytelling and evolving production styles, Outcasts continues to grow its audience while experimenting with formats - from casual vlogs to more ambitious, variety-style productions.
About Joash Lee
Joash is a professional photographer who pivoted into video production during the COVID-19 pandemic. As co-founder of Zoe Collective, he’s passionate about creative collaboration and enjoys sharing practical insights and best practices with fellow creatives.
About Farhan Tahir
Farhan Tahir is a Content Producer at OCBC with over a decade of experience in video production. Since starting his videography journey in 2009, he has worked across a wide range of formats including documentaries, TV commercials, corporate films, livestreams, social media and event coverage, with a brief stint in broadcast.
At OCBC, Farhan works on producing social media content, corporate videos, campaigns, and large-scale, non-banking projects such as OCBC Cycle. He also played a key role in conceptualising and building OCBC’s in-house studios, bringing high-quality production capabilities into a corporate environment.
Beyond his role in the bank, Farhan runs a specialised drone operation, deploying cine-lifters for film, broadcast, and production houses. He has also contributed to the design and setup of multiple studios, combining practical production knowledge with technical expertise.
Outside of work, Farhan enjoys building and tinkering - ranging from 3D printing to RC vehicles - and is actively involved in drone and RC communities.
