Elinchrom Umbrella Deep Translucent 125cm

With the 125cm Translucent Deep Umbrella from Elinchrom, you can concentrate or defocus the light output by sliding the lamp head forward and backward along the umbrella shaft. This huge modifier has a deeper than standard profile. You have more directional control over the light because of the depth.

The usual bounce mode of the umbrella allows for a more subdued appearance by allowing some light to pass through the translucent fabric and increasing the ambient light level. For a crisper image, you can also flip the umbrella over, point the convex side at your subject, and "shoot through" it. To manage light, an optional black diffuser with a silver interior that is offered separately fits over the open side of the umbrella.
