Anti-Static Tiger Cloth The Kinetronics ASC-BP is an anti-static, microfiber cloth that has been specifically engineered for cleaning photographic films. The 10″ x 18″ (250mm x 450mm) orange cloth has stripes of effective conductive fibers knit every 1/8″ or 4mm that dissipate or drain off static charges.
Great for cleaning fingerprints and smudges from your tablet or smartphone.
The Kinetronics ASC cloth consists of highly conductive antistatic fabric. It is highly suitable for cleaning film strips, electronic printed circuit boards, CDs as well as monitor screens and scanner window glass and much more. The special mixed fabric of the cloth consists of two different fibres. The conductive part in the fabric reliably discharges the electric charged particles, and the ultrasoft microfibres gently remove all kinds of dust and dirt.
Kinetronics Tiger Cloth Technical Data:
- Cloth Composition: Polyester
- Cloth color: orange molded into fiber
- Conductive polyester fiber woven into cloth at 4mm interval

- Bulk Conductivity: <10 megohms dry measured in accordance with Kinetronics test procedure TC-01
- Cleaning instructions: wash with other artificial fibers preferably in a small wash load. Use regular laundry detergent, warm or cold water, gentle cycle, and use the extra rinse cycle if available. Tumble dry at low heat.
- Conductivity is not affected by washing.
- Estimated cloth life: 25 to 100 washings depending on degree of contamination when laundered.
- End of useful optical cleaning life occurs when cloth fibers exhibit visible breakage resulting in potential lint production.
These measurements were made on December 22, 1998 on a random selection of anti-static cloths using an ACL-386 resistance meter. This meter measures surface resistance in ohms according to ESD Association Standard S-11.11. The readings obtained with the ACL-386 correlate directly with measurements made in accordance with Standard S-11.11 using a defined concentric precision ring fixture. The measurements made with the ACL-386 do not follow the procedure described in Standard S-11.11, but the data obtained correlate with the values according to this standard. The measuring instrument used was calibrated, calibrated, and certified on December 16, 1998. Due to the uneven saturation of these anti-static wipes, deviations in test data may occur.
